We work with all kinds of people across Adelaide: runners training for their next race, gym-goers dealing with a niggling injury, people recovering from surgery, and everyone in between.
Our approach combines thorough clinical and movement assessment with hands-on treatment and tailored exercise programs. We want to know why you're in pain, not just where, so we can build a plan that genuinely works for you, now and into the future. Our Physio’s are experienced, approachable, and genuinely passionate about helping you reach your goals. They've worked with everyone from Olympic athletes to people who just want to get back to their morning walk without discomfort. Whoever you are and whatever your goal, you're in good hands.

If you haven't tried dry needling, you might be surprised at how effective it can be alongside exercise and manual therapy.

Using the SFMA and FMS movement screening frameworks, we look at how your whole body moves, not just the bit that hurts. It's a great way to identify what might be contributing to your pain or limiting your performance, and to build a really targeted plan.

Our force plate technology gives us objective data on how your body produces and absorbs force. It's particularly useful for return-to-sport decisions, performance benchmarking, and spotting asymmetries you might not even be aware of.

Physio-led strength and conditioning programming to help you prevent injury, recover from one, or simply perform better. Max holds ASCA Level 1 accreditation and loves combining his physio and S&C knowledge to get great outcomes for patients.

We offer physiotherapy home visits for individuals who are unable to attend clinic-based care or prefer treatment in the comfort of their own home. Services include falls prevention with balance and strength training -important as around one in three adults over 65 experience a fall each year - as well as pain management and post-surgical rehabilitation, all tailored to support safe mobility and independence.

Meet the Team.
Max Duncan
Max specialises in movement assessment, pain management, and performance. He has worked with athletes from junior to elite level and has a strong interest in complex cases, particularly runners.
Physiotherapist and DirectorEstelle Coote
Estelle specialises in community-based care and rehabilitation with a backgrounds in Musculoskeletal and Neurological Physiotherapy. She has a special interest in Womens Health Physiotherapy pre and post-natal care. And treats with hands on therapies, pilates and functional based rehabilitation.

We want to make accessing great physiotherapy as easy as possible. We accept a range of funding options including: - Private health insurance (most major funds accepted), Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plans- you may be eligible for up to 5 subsidised sessions per year, NDIS (please get in touch to discuss your plan and how we can help), DVA, WorkCover SA.
