Max Duncan Physiotherapist
Director of Base Movements Physiotherapy
Max graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2015. Since then he has gained a wealth of experience developing and honing his movement assessment and treating skills.
Max thoroughly enjoys seeing his patients get out of pain, improve performance and achieve personal records at local and national events. Highlights have included working with junior athletes and development programs, as well as with Olympic and Commonwealth Games athletes. He has worked as the South Australian Team Physiotherapist for Athletics SA for the last 5 years.
Max loves working with patients from all backgrounds, and enjoys connecting with each patient to understand their goals and help them thrive. Max has a passion for problem solving and working with tricky patients - particularly athletes and runners.
Max has a passion for sport and has enjoyed a successful football career at Goodwood. He is a keen runner, loves surfing, golf and working out in the gym.
Estelle Coote Physiotherapist
Estelle graduated from the University of South Australia in 2015 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, before completing a Graduate Certificate in Chronic Conditions Management at Flinders University in 2019. She began her career in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy after first working as a Pilates instructor.
Over time, Estelle transitioned into neurological and community physiotherapy, developing experience across a broad range of conditions including aged care, parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, vestibular disorders and dementia. She particularly enjoys supporting clients with mobility challenges and those unable to access clinic-based care, delivering physiotherapy in the comfort of their own home. Estelle is passionate about helping older adults maintain strength, independence and confidence so they can continue living safely at home.
As a mother of two young children, she has also developed a special interest in Women’s Health Physiotherapy, including pre- and post-natal care and return to exercise following birth. Her treatment style combines Pilates-based exercise, functional rehabilitation and practical strategies to support long-term outcomes.
Emma Gericke Physiotherapist
Emma is a titled Sports and Exercise physiotherapist with more than 10 years of clinical experience working with a range of athletes & injuries. She has a strong background in elite sport working for Football Australia with the Women’s u23 national football and Women’s national Futsal teams.
After a recent stint in the UK, Emma has returned to Australia following her role with Championship team Derby County FC as lead physiotherapist for the men’s reserves and U21 teams. She also gained invaluable experience with top-tier teams, Arsenal FC and Kent County Cricket Club.
Emma has extensive expertise in sports injury management, post-operative care, and performance focused rehabilitation. She is passionate about helping athletes of all levels through a holistic, athlete-centred approach with a focus on individually tailored, evidence-based treatment and long-term injury prevention. She tailors each program to the individual, integrating gym based and on-field rehab.
Her qualifications in dry needling and clinical pilates further assist in delivering targeted, evidence based care to support patients specific goals.
